Are You A New Gratitude Journalist?
Great! Here's how to get the most out of this network:
1. Smile.
2. Click on the "My Page" tab and start writing the craziest and biggest goal in your life into the Text Box. You may wish to include a photo of your goal if applicable.
3. Upload photos or drawings of whatever you want onto your page by clicking on the "Photos" tab. This is your Vision Wall.
4. Upload your favorite inspirational videos by clicking on the "Videos" tab. This will serve as a form of motivation and inspiration during the "low" times.
